We had a great Christmas stay at the lodge. The facilities were neat and well kept, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and fresh towels. We enjoyed the pool facilities and bar, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Additionally, the lodge was conveniently located, with a mall nearby for access to restaurants and other amenities. The scenic drive to Kruger National Park was also a bonus.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The buffet breakfast was below average, with limited selection and stale muffins.

Great experience, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing, beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The gardens are immaculate and the main lodge where the restaurant is was lovely. We sat by the fire before dinner and enjoyed a cocktail and then had the most delicious meal in the restaurant. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and amenities. The tranquil environment was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.
Breakfast was a disappointment. The dining room did not open on time as advertised, causing me to miss my breakfast due to an early appointment.

We stayed at a lodge near the beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lounge area was well-maintained, and the pool was lovely. We enjoyed a quiet evening by the fireplace. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, and breakfast had plenty of choices and generous portions. The gardens were manicured and added to the overall beauty of the lodge.
There was no one senior to welcome guests and the young lady at the reception had difficulty speaking English.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the decor was modern and tasteful. The location of the hotel was convenient and the facilities seemed fairly new. The breakfast provided was excellent and added value to our stay. The pool and outdoor area were great for relaxation and enjoyment.
It would have been nice to have more in-room facilities such as a microwave and cutlery, especially for families. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a dinner option available without needing to pre-order by 11am.
